Our instructors have worked with many different types of clients – post surgery, post rehabilitation, prenatal, postnatal, children, teenagers, seniors, athletes, dancers, and those living with fibromyalgia, arthritis, scoliosis, multiple sclerosis, and many other health conditions. Our instructors are always available to answer any questions you might have in regards to your needs and fitness goals. Each body is different and should be treated differently.
