We are currently only offering private and semi-private Yoga and Yogalates sessions, which are scheduled at your convenience.

Yoga has been proven to assist the healing process by using specific  postures and breathing techniques to increase strength, flexibility and balance. Scientific studies have shown that yoga measurably affects the body’s central nervous, musculoskeletal, circulatory and endocrine systems.

Yoga also helps to reduce stress, which is the cause of many diseases.  Yoga  provides many benefits including restoration of joint mobility, increased core strength and decreased back, neck and joint pain.

Yoga blocks can assist the body in obtaining proper form and alignment in balancing exercises.

Stretching exercises can be enhanced with yoga straps.

The stability ball provides a different muscular challenge.

Yogalates is yoga infused Pilates.  Many yoga posses can be done on Pilates equipment, which adds resistive strengthening.
